Mercedes pastry is a company that emerged from the artisan production of typical sweets.
The first generation dedicated to this work, creating products from raw materials supplied by customers, charging a labor for the service.
Hence the idea of developing our own sweet arose, coming to work the second generation and increasing the production and sale of the same in own points (craftsman Office in Castalla and markets Bocairent and Muro de Alcoy).
In 2009 the company enters the third generation, with the construction of a new larger location and the proposal of new products and new ways of selling (and selling seasonal products over the Internet).
